Dingley Island; Time After Time

Prologue:

Earth, otherwise known as Terra, is the center of a Pentaworld; a group of five planets (Terra, Palandine, Herstamonix, Chamavi and Faeryland) linked by vortex tunnels of immense power. Yet most of the humans of earth do not know this because they have not been taught the true history of their past. They had forgotten the teachings of the travelers who came from the stars; ones-who-came-to-build, the Followers of Navaratan. They know nothing of the Lady Malavisch and her Lord, Veah and how they tried to help the human. But the Others who falsey followed the ‘way’ betrayed Lord Veah; the Others had prevailed. Now the humans were simply pawns in a vast, unbelievable game of who was to rule over the earth. The humans were losing.

Into this story comes a little faerie from one of the hinged worlds, Faeryland. She had been sent to Terra by her queen, not knowing why she was to spy on the wizard, Audran. But she followed her orders, and found herself irrevocably emmeshed in a story so complex- full of time paradoxes, and wild journeys, a lot of pizza, and some late nights talking politics and poetry with a dragon named Sarisha Chandi; an immortal being.

  Here is Blouette’s story.

Blouette, Captain of the Guard Sisters of Queen Merritt of Balaktria had faced her trial with honor. Now she was faced with the consequences of what she had done. Her wings had been clipped, but were still useful; she had her tail sword, and her supply of venom was just beginning to replace what she had given her human friend, Marji. Marjorie Dorr was the mother of her true, and friend, Ellora Donovan but she had been careful to not let any other names escape her lips during her interrogation. She let it be known that yes, a human on Terra (otherwise known as Earth) was in possession of a vial of magical love venom. No, she did not know what the human would do with it. Was the dragon, Sarisha, responsible for the calamity that had occurred? Blouette had answered that the wizard Audran was the one who had changed herself, her male companion, Raid, and the unicorn Axoparia into glass bottles> not the dragon. Since Blouette had been bound by truth rings during the trial, the court had no choice but to believe her words. But some noticed that the rings shimmered, as if there was more to the truth that was being uttered.

The court had declared the names Dorr, Donovan, Audran, Marji and Ellora to be set upon a watch list. They would keep a vigil as to what these humans were doing. The name of the dragon, Sarisha Chandi, would not be placed on the list, and some disagreed.

Blouette had been glad at the time that she had been able to shield her other friends from what was to come, especially Daisy Bradley, Ellora’s step-sister. Blou knew that young girl would be terribly hurt if Balaktrian faeries came after her.
